Sernik z suszonymi śliwkami na spodzie z brownie. / Cheesecake with prunes and brownie crust.
At the beginning prepare brownie crust: melt chocolate and butter in a water bath, let it cool a bit. Whip eggs with sugar until pale and frothy, then add melted chocolate, flour and candied orange peel, mix it. Pour it into cake tin with baking paper at the bottom of it, bake for 20 minutes in the oven preheated to 180°C. Prepare cheesecake mixture: grind the quark in food proccesor. Separate egg yolks from egg whites and whip them with sugar until pale and frothy. Add quark and continue mixing. Then add flour and potato starch and prunes. At the end whisk egg whites until stiff and gently mix it with cheese mixture (use wooden spoon, not mixer). Pour the mixture on brownie crust and bake it for 60 minutes in water bath in 180°C (just put some casserole dish filled with cold water one level below the cheesecake in your oven). After that time, open the oven door and let your cheesecake cool down, after that put it into fridge for couple of hours. Before serving prepare chocolate icing: melt chocolate and butter in a water bath and spread it on top of cheesecake.
