Chińszczyzna. / Chinese fried rice.
- 200 g rice
- 300 g chicken breasts
- 1 package frozen vegetables for chinese dishes
- dark soy sauce, olive oil; chilli, sweet pepper, curry and ginger powders, salt
Wash your chicken and cut it into pieces. Then put it into bowl, add few tbsp soy sauce (about 4-5) and 1 tsp of chilli, pepper, curry and ginger powders and pinch of salt. Mix it together, cover with food foil and put into fridge for few hours (for overnight would be the best). Put rice into pot, add water (twice more water than rice, eg 1 cup rice - 2 cups water) and 1 tbsp curry powder, mix it and put aside for half an hour. Then add 1,5 tsp salt and cook until rice will take all the water in. Put few tbsp olive oil into wok and fry marinated chicken in it. Add frozen vegetables, mix it and fry for few minutes. Add spices (chilli, pepper, curry, ginger powders) and cooked rice. Mix together and fry few more minutes. Season it more if it's needed.
